Rampage free agent recruit Jayden Brailey has been rocked by news his season has been cut short by an ACL injury.
Jayden Brailey has suffered an ACL injury to his right knee, the club confirmed in a statement.
“I’m extremely disappointed that i can’t contribute to Jacko’s vision for the Rampage but I will bounce back,” Brailey said.
The 23-year-old impressed in training for the Rampage since signing on as a free agent prior to the first round of the season.
Brailey was signed as the backup to Damien Cook, who has gotten off to an unusually slow start for the former MVP.
Brailey was starting to put real pressure on FCFL gun Cook after both players vastly different form to begin the season.
Meanwhile 2Great4U confirmed they will be without their backup hooker Reed Mahoney for two months with a foot injury suffered against the Dingoes.
